Rubrix crashed on iPad and now I can't login

I can't access data that I entered for reports because my my rubrix iPad app crashed and wouldn't sync. Now I can't even open my rubrix app. It says the credentials aren't available.

    Hi Elizabeth,

    I'm sorry you are having difficulties with the Rubrix application on the iPad. Can we get you to try 2 things?

    1. Make sure the application is up to date. To do so, visit the AppStore and select Updates. You want to make sure you are running the latest version of Rubrix for iOS, which is version 3.0.2.

    2. Find the Settings application and scroll to Rubrix. Select the Force First Run option, turning it on. On the next run of Rubrix, it should reset itself and ask for your credentials again. See the attached screenshot for an example of where this setting is.

    If these steps do not solve the issue, let us know and we'll provide you with additional steps.
