Small Editor Inconsistency

The location and appears of "Add Domain" is quite a bit different than "Add Element". Furthermore, "Add Domain" kind of disappears from the user's consciousness. Specifically: I go to edit an element and end up pressing the "Add an element" a bunch of times because most domains have a lot of elements. Then, when I'm done, I want to go add a new domain. It's not totally clear that I should press "Overview", but after scanning the entire screen I eventually try that. I sort of expect to now be managing Domains instead of elements (since I'm a level back in the UI, I intuitively think I'm a level up in the hierarchy). So, naturally, I look at where the "Add an element" button was. But "Add a domain is elsewhere". This is not super serious, but it's a bit inconsistent and hence disorienting.
