Just had an error message that "something went wrong"???
Please let me know what the deal is?? I Have a blue message and definitely don't want to loose the evaluation comments put together for this teacher. HELP!!!

I don't see a response to your question, so please ignore this if one of our other supporters have already helped you.
This error most likely means that Rubrix failed to automatically save a change due to a temporary network error. Such errors can be caused by local or remote network outages and generally resolve themselves quickly. If you did not see continued errors, then the only risk is that one single small change may have been lost (i.e., a comment, single observation), but this happens fairly rarely.
If you continue to see this error let us know and we will investigate it promptly.
