Share Rubrics with Other Reviewers

Publishing a Rubric will make it available for other reviewers in your account to use. Publish Rubrics to your account by following these steps:

  1. From the Rubrics section of the website, click the My rubrics tab.
  2. Click on the name of the rubric you wish to publish.
  3. Click Edit Overview.
  4. Select published from the drop-down labeled "Show as a".
  5. Click Save Rubric.

Note: You can publish a Rubric at any point, including when you first set it up. However, we recommend that you leave it as a draft until you have finished entering or writing it.

All other users in your account will now see your Rubric under District Rubrics. They need to click the star (to the right of the rubric name) to bring the Rubric over to their My Rubrics page – think of the My Rubrics page as a list of your favorites, or Rubrics that you use.
